TKI Offshore Energy, in collaboration with the Digitalization program of Energy innovationNL, is opening an open innovatie call from the PPP-scheme budget. The subject: Cyber resilience for offshore wind farms.
For this Open Innovation Call, we are looking for projects that offer a solution for identification, protection, prevention, detection of and recovery after cyber attacks on offshore wind parks.

- Registration period: 15 March 2024 – 22 April 2024 | Registration is mandatory
- Call opens: 12 April 2024
- Call closes: 31 May 2024
- Latest project end date: juli 2026
- Currently available budget: €400.000 in total, maximum of €100.000 per project
Required documenten
For registration, we ask for the following information:
- A short introduction about who you are
- A brief paragraph about the content of the project plan
TKI Offshore Energy may contact you for further clarification, so please include your contact details. After this, you will receive the templates for the application.
The submit a project proposal, we ask for the followinf documents:
- A project plan
- A budget
- A (concept) collaboration agreement
Registration and submission of a project proposal is done through an email to PPS-toeslag@tki-offshoreenergy.nl.
Conditions
For the open call, we are looking for PPP-projects. This means that the project:
- Involves one or a combination of the following forms of research:
- Fundamental research (FO)
- Non-economical activities (NEA)
- Industrial research (IO)
- Experimental research (EO)

- Execution is carried out by a consortium consisting of at least one public and one private party.
