GBM Works is the jury prize winner of the Offshore Wind Innovators Award 2021. The company convinced the jury with their innovative installation method for offshore wind monopiles called Vibrojet. GBM Works has taken the most important steps in 2021, according to Eneco jury chairman Glenn Bijvoets. The public thought Jungle's Canopy was the most appealing offshore wind innovation of 2021. The third and proud nominee was SpectX with an aerial radiography system.

The Innovation Award is organized by the community of Offshore Wind Innovators with the aim of creating visibility of smart innovations by start-ups and SMEs. The three nominees pitched their innovation to the offshore wind sector during the hybrid event TKI Wind op Zee LIVE. The jury announced GBM Works as the winner of the jury prize.

With a very close call, 36% of the public vote, Jungle's solution was found to be the most innovative.
